How to Develop a Stronger, More Powerful War Fighter Body:
Hello fellow Strength Training Athletes,
Got something I think you're going to really like if you like chest training!
Here's the deal...
Nick Nilsson has decided to post two more sample chest exercises from his new book "The Best Chest Exercises You've Never Heard Of."

The first is the Power Rack Weighted Push-Up and believe me, if you've ever found push-ups to not provide you with enough resistance for muscle and strength-building, THIS is going to change that big-time. It's basically a way to add direct resistance (as much or as little as you want) to the push-up without having to have a partner sit on your back to do it.

The other one he's got for you is actually a weight  training's TOUGH but VERY effective...
This technique, that he calls "ratcheting", is a way to squeeze a rep or two more out of a set without a spotter - because Nick trains alone, he had to come up with something to really maximize the productive last few reps of his sets without any assistance and this was the result! This strength building technique will allow you to get at least one and sometimes two more productive reps at the end of a heavy set.
